Belisa Urbina is the Founder and Executive Director of Ser Familia. We have a frank conversation on how Ser Familia went from a small church ministry effort to a very successful and effective entity serving Latino youth, couples, parents, and families with a variety of educational programming, social services, and leadership training. We talk about revisiting the mission at every board meeting, take a quick look at remaining genuine and faithful to the mission through all parts of the fundraising strategy.
